YOUR ROLE Support our Guest Teachers with integrating into schools and classrooms through timely and effective communication, onboarding and managing school assignments. Ensure Guest Teacher has the information necessary to provide a stellar experience to our School Partners and make a lasting impact on students. Receive and handle Guest Teacher issues or complaints and respond appropriately. This is an entry level position with a salary range of $24-25 per hour. This role is currently remote, but preference will be given to candidates in Texas due to the hours and context required to succeed in this role. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage data systems Update and regularly review dashboards and other systems data. Efficiently and concisely communicate data across teams. Maintain meticulous records and ensure that 100% of stakeholders receive communication within 24 hours. Master our internal systems including Zendesk, Salesforce, Frontline, Paylocity to best support stakeholders with support inquiries. Create a welcoming environment You are responsible for setting a positive tone with Guest Teachers and school partners in a fast paced environment, and can find creative strategies to retain, engage and optimize Guest Teachers. Responsible for Guest Teacher Orientation, you communicate professionally and succinctly while maintaining engagement through consistent communication and follow ups You are charismatic, compelling, and have the ability to network and provide the highest levels of customer service. You are warm, friendly, efficient, and detail oriented! WHO YOU ARE Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. With a customer focus, able to gain the trust and respect of Guest Teachers and School Partners. A self starter, organized, pays attention to detail; proactive; pleasant and fun to work with. Efficient communicator (written and verbal); responds quickly and ability to type 60 wpm efficiently Strong team player willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred 0-2 years of work experience or professional internships Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Outlook, Salesforce Preference given to candidates located in Texas Everything we do is driven by the belief that every child, given the proper learning environment, has a unique and powerful gift to share with the world.
