Real Estate Executive Assistant & Transaction Coordinator
We are seeking a senior-level Executive Real Estate Assistant to work directly with Adam Cothes, a high-producing real estate agent and the owner of a virtual assistant hiring company. This is a hybrid leadership role supporting both his real estate business and his VA hiring company.
Adam operates as a solo agent with strong production, requiring high-level operational support. This role will consist of approximately 60% transaction coordination and executive assistance, 30% database warm calling and client relationship follow-up, and 10% training and mentoring administrative staff within the VA hiring company.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a highly experienced professional who understands the seriousness of Washington state real estate contracts, can think critically before asking questions, and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
You must be comfortable handling after-hours matters when necessary and responding to time-sensitive or sensitive text messages when contract situations require immediate attention. This role requires maturity, discretion, and strong judgment.
