Healthcare Biller - Physician Office Support (Remote)

This position will be responsible for working clearinghouse rejections and making sure claims are billed out within 24 hours. Responsibilities • Review Billing Errors: Analyze and correct billing errors and edits related to a physician's office • Clearinghouse Rejections: Work on clearing house rejections and ensure claims are billed within 24 hours • Demographics Entry: Accurately enter patient and guarantor details • Insurance Details: Ensure correct entry of insurance information • Charge Entry: Enter charges with all necessary details like date of service, providers, procedure codes, and modifiers • Productivity and Quality: Adhere to productivity and quality standards • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements and forecast workflow challenges Requirements • Experience: 2-3 years in physician billing. Healthcare Billing is required • Education: HS Diploma.
