Qualifications:
What you will do:Conduct 15 IAs per year.Conduct reviews on reports written by BCBAs to ensure compliance with ABA standards and insurance requirements.Evaluate client performance based on data, graphs, and assessment reports.Develops and assists with newly developed clinical needs and initiatives.Provide training, support, and guidance for BCBAs.Provide tech support with regards to Central Reach.Communicate with the BCBAs respectfully and in a way that creates a supportive environmentOther duties as assigned. A day in the life:Experience working and training individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.Experience working with cases funded by insuranceExperience with clinical quality assurance workStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly tech savvyWorks well in a collaborative environment and builds mutual trust and credibility at all levels of the organizationAbility to multi-task and prioritizeBCBA certification from the BACB, in good standingDemonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivated to achieve business goals
