In this exciting role, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content across a variety of social media platforms, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our Dutch-speaking community. Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Moderate and review social media content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
ā¢ Engage with users by responding to comments and direct messages in a professional and friendly manner.
ā¢ Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior that violates community standards.
ā¢ Analyze community interactions and trends to offer insights for improving moderation performance.
ā¢ Work collaboratively with marketing and social media teams to refine content strategies and enhance user engagement.
ā¢ Stay informed about the latest developments in social media and best practices for content moderation.
ā¢ Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
ā¢ Prior experience in social media moderation or community management is preferred.
ā¢ Strong familiarity with various social media platforms and their community guidelines.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, particularly in addressing sensitive user issues.
ā¢ A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently as part of a team.
ā¢ Attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess and evaluate content.
ā¢ Experience with social media management tools and software is a plus.
