Key Responsibilities As an Integration Engineer at Workwarp, your primary responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and maintaining secure and reliable system integration solutions that align with the company's business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless integration of various ecosystems and systems, including Infor ION and Oracle SOA. Creating and managing data flows between systems and applications, leveraging technologies such as SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and EDI. Analyzing and debugging system integration issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Developing and maintaining technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and modifying systems as needed to optimize performance. Providing expert support for integration-related tasks and upcoming projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Identifying, escalating, and managing project risks and issues to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Traveling to company sites as needed to collaborate with teams, provide support, or participate in project meetings. Performing other related duties as assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-10 years of functional experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). At least 5+ years of related experience in system integration, data engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Minimum 3+ years of experience in system integration, data engineering, or a related field, with expertise in integration and middleware technologies. Advanced analytical, diagnostic, and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex system integration issues and develop effective solutions. Experience with a variety of databases and ETL tools, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance. Knowledge of software development life cycle, including agile methodologies, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (Giglithic/CD) pipelines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Talentra Cloud. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including containerization, orchestration, and monitoring. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience with service desk software. Certifications in system integration, data engineering, or related fields, such as Certified Integration Specialist (CIS) or Certified Data Engineer (CDE). Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess: Technical expertise : In-depth knowledge of system integration, data engineering, and related technologies, including integration and middleware technologies, databases, and ETL tools. Problem-solving skills : Ability to analyze complex system integration issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Collaboration and communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers. Adaptability and flexibility : Ability to adapt to changing business requirements, priorities, and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
