Job Title: Provisioning Co-Ordinator Location: United Kingdom – Fully Remote Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 BOEContract type: PermanentAbout the role As our Provisioning Co-ordinator, you will play a key role within the Telephony & Connectivity Provisioning Team, supporting the smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of telephony and connectivity products to our customers. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience for a large portfolio of customers. This role combines strong customer service skills with provisioning, technical administration, and billing activities, ensuring customers receive a seamless transition from sale to in-life service. You will be responsible for managing provisioning tasks from order through to completion, proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and taking ownership of delivery.What you’ll doManage multiple customer provisioning orders simultaneouslyEnsure orders are onboarded as quickly as possible, minimising delaysMaintain end-to-end ownership of orders, coordinating activity and ensuring clear communication with all partiesAccurately update ticketing systems and order records throughout the provisioning lifecyclePerform quality assurance checks on customer data and service configurationsProactively resolve any issues, delays, or escalations to ensure delivery remains on trackCo-ordinate with third-party suppliers to progress provisioning tasks, including number porting and connectivity installationsControl monthly account updates, billing checks, and associated reporting with minimal errorsSupport the team in achieving key business objectives and project deadlinesBuild trusted and valued relationships with customers, providing clear and proactive communicationSet realistic expectations and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and any risksAct as a knowledgeable advisor to customers, helping them understand and adopt their new servicesDemonstrate confidence when presenting to customers or leading service delivery callsPromote customer confidence to encourage future product and service opportunitiesCollaborate closely with colleagues in onboarding, support, billing, and salesShare knowledge to help develop the skills of team membersIdentify and contribute to process improvementsAttend and participate in team meetings, one-to-ones, and personal development discussionsSupport colleagues with workload challenges where neededMaintain a positive, customer-focused culture aligned with ARO’s core valuesRequirementsWhat we are looking forEssential:Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasksStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsConfident communicator, with the ability to adapt style for different audiencesDemonstrable problem-solving skills and resilience under pressureProactive and accountable approach to managing workloadsConfident using systems such as CRMs, ticketing tools, and MS Office applications (Word and Excel)Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentA positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adaptDesirable:Previous experience in telecommunications provisioning, service delivery, or administrationKnowledge of connectivity products (e.g., leased lines, FTTP, SoGEA etc.)Familiarity with number porting processes and carrier order managementExperience with billing and revenue assurance processesKnowledge of AKJ billing systemsBenefitsWho are we?Aro has 25 years’ experience in Collaboration, Connectivity, Cloud and Infrastructure and Cyber Security services both in the UK and Internationally and has a nationwide presence with offices across the UK.As one of the UK’s leading independent IT and communication experts our mission is to deliver a seamless technology experience to all end users.
