Key Responsibilities:
Establish Fraud Strategy: Develop the approach to fraud, including products, pricing, and strategies to lead the subscription business.
Analyze Fraud Vectors: Perform end-to-end analysis to identify bad actors and enhance the experience for good users.
Influence and Engage: Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to set goals and build strategic programs.
Lead a High-Performing Team: Drive team engagement, growth, and results.
Improve Through Experimentation: Utilize data-driven decision-making to test and refine strategies to reduce fraud and accelerate growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6+ years in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields, with experience in high-growth or subscription businesses.
Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading large projects, achieving goals, and thriving in team environments.
Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and expertise in Excel (including maintaining complex spreadsheets).
Leadership: Direct experience in people management.
