This exciting Project Manager position is based in a fully virtual environment, offering the chance to lead Go-To-Market initiatives for a high-growth B2B technology company. Shift of the Project Manager:
8 AM - 5 PM EST (1 hour lunch)
Pay Rate of the Project Manager:
$45.77/hr
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
• Support GTM projects and programs, including product launches, sales enablement initiatives, tech stack implementations, and process optimizations.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scopes, success metrics, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Build and maintain project plans, identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Optimize project workflows and introduce best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Qualifications of the Project Manager:
• 4+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth B2B technology company.
• Foundational understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps) and their interdependencies.
• Experience with large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification or experience is a plus.
