Job Summary We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer care team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will work from home virtually, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and web. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing technical support, and promoting a positive customer experience. This is a 40-hour per week position with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. Key Responsibilities Customer Support : Virtually assist customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions via phone, email, and web. Call Management : Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipate customer questions. Issue Resolution : Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary. Customer Experience : Provide a best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment. Insurance and Copays : Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs. Technical Support : Provide technical support when navigating our pharmacy website. Customer Relationship Building : Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we maximize our relationship with them, understanding each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship. Compliance : Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy. Requirements Basic Qualifications Education : High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older). Technical Skills : 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. Multitasking : Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills. Pre-Employment Screening : Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience : 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills (spoken and written). Call Center Experience : Experience working in a customer service or call center. Healthcare Experience : Experience working in a healthcare environment. Fast-Paced Environment : Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
