Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in beauty / cosmetics or some kind of relevant retail eCommerce brands, MUST BE located in the MST or CST time zone.
THIS WILL BE A ONE-AND-DONE INTERVIEW.
This role requires managing complex, fast-paced projects in a highly creative agency environment, particularly in the retail and e-commerce space. The Project Manager will oversee campaigns for major retail events—including Spring Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday campaigns—requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and timelines under tight deadlines.
Type: Contract, remote
Schedule: M-F, regular daily hours, must be MST or CST time zone, no exceptions
Duration: 1 to 2 months expected
Pay: $38- $40/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
Project Manager, Beauty Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in a creative agency environment.
• Proven experience in beauty or cosmetics brands, with retail and/or eCommerce campaign exposure.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Demonstrated experience with social media and digital platforms, especially in scoping and managing related projects.
• Proficiency with project and time management software (Asana preferred).
• Skilled in Apple, Google, and Microsoft tools; must provide own computer.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations while maintaining assertiveness when needed.
• Strong cultural fit for a fast-moving, highly creative environment.
Project Manager, Beauty Duties
• Manage daily deliverables across multiple internal and external teams.
• Create and maintain accurate project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns.
• Provide consistent, clear communication between stakeholders, clients, and creative teams.
• Organize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with creative, account, and production teams to deliver high-quality work for major retail and e-commerce events.
• Support the execution of campaigns for major seasonal and promotional events, including Spring Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday campaigns.
