Job Description:As an HTML5 Game Developer with React.js, you will play a key role in developing captivating and interactive games that will engage players and keep them coming back for more. You will work closely with our game designers, artists, and engineers to implement game mechanics, user interfaces, and visual effects. Your expertise in HTML5 game development combined with React.js will be instrumental in delivering exceptional gameplay experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the game design team to understand project requirements and translate them into interactive game features.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, performant HTML5 games using React.js and other relevant technologies.
• Implement game mechanics, user interfaces, and visual effects to enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
• Pixel perfect Figma to code
• Optimize game performance for various platforms, ensuring smooth gameplay experiences across desktop and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, providing timely solutions to maintain game stability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in HTML5 game development and recommend innovative ideas to enhance game features and mechanics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development experience (min 3 yrs)
• Strong proficiency in HTML5 game development, including game mechanics, user interfaces, and animations.
• Expertise in React.js and the ability to leverage its capabilities to create dynamic and responsive games.
• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, and related frameworks/libraries for front-end development.
• Experience with game engines such as Phaser, Pixi.js, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the gaming industry.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with game development for mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Knowledge of back-end development and server-side technologies.
• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with game monetization strategies and in-app purchases.
• Understanding of multiplayer game development concepts.
