Part time Virtual Assistant for remote weightloss practice
Job Summary We are looking for a part time virtual agent for physician-owned telemedicine startup specializing in medical weight loss using GLP-1 medications. As we grow, we plan to expand into additional services such as mental health support and hormone replacement therapy. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support daily operations. Hours will begin at 1–2 hours per week with potential to increase. Responsibilities: • Provide service information to prospective clients & Respond to client inquiries and address concerns • Schedule televisits, manage appointments and assist clients with completing consent forms • Make appointment reminder calls. collect payments • Troubleshoot basic EMR/technical issues and coordinate with tech support • Document and update medical records based on client interactions • Maintain a knowledge base of services offered Qualifications: • Experience in customer service, sales, or medical front desk preferred • Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills • Organized, Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor • Self-motivated and eager to help grow a new practice • Social media marketing experience is a plus Job Type: Part-time Hours: 1–2 hours per week to start, flexible remote with potential to grow Compensation: Based on experience Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
