About the Role:
Manage and negotiate licensing deals for Minecraft's International Consumer Products business
Develop strategies to increase licensee revenue and secure new business deals
Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Legal, Finance, Franchise, and Marketing
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and licensees
Analyze market trends and data to inform decision-making and drive results
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in consumer products licensing (non-tech)
Bachelor's degree
Proven track record of negotiating and closing licensing deals
Strong knowledge of licensing agreements, contract administration, and process
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
