Virtual Assistant 10-15 Hours per Week (IC-SS)

Key Responsibilities
Ā Manage calendar
Ā Check in daily Monday-Friday
Ā Sent a peek at the week on Sunday / Monday with meetings and upcoming deadlines
Ā Assist with meal planning and grocery order
Ā Schedule monthly check-in with clients
Ā Assist with cold calls
Ā Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
Ā Platforms:
Ā AirTable
Ā Google Suite
Ā Seamless
Ā Instantly
Ā Intuitively organized
Ā Ability to manage up
Ā Good grammar and ability to write
Ā Detail oriented
Ā Self-starter
Ā 10-15 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)

Ā Experience in sales / BD (a must)
