Come and join the mission!Job OverviewVRChat is seeking a senior program manager who will be researching industry trends, designing, and coming up with data and metric-driven solutions to keep our users safe from online abuses. You will be utilizing skills in program management, technical solutions, soft skills such as communication and stakeholder management to work alongside internal teams and external parties to build end-to-end safety features and infrastructure.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of VRChat’s community support architecture, product surfaces, and policy framework to inform strategic decisionsInform and implement strategies for managing and mitigating trust and safety risksAlign Trust and Safety initiatives with company goals and product roadmaps, execution through clear KPIs, timelines, and deliverables Analyze user behavior and incident trends to proactively surface issues, identify bugs, and drive cross-functional resolutionWork with cross-functional partners to assess support requirements for new product launchesAnalyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements to develop scalable solutionsLead global, cross-functional programs that enhance user safety and experience, partnering closely with engineering, product, legal and support teamsIdentify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communicationEvaluate and recommend technical solutions to mitigate abuse vectors and improve platform integrityIdentify opportunities to continuously improve our Trust and Safety program visionExperience, Skills & QualificationsBA/BS, with evidence of technical experience or equivalent relevant experience3-5 years of experience in program or project management, analytics, product, consulting, or equivalent team2+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidanceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills on quantitative topics for non-technical and executive audiences.Excellent problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations.Bonus PointsExperience in Trust and Safety and/or ComplianceExperience at a start-up or technology companyExperience working at a VR or metaverse-related companyExperience working on a “live” app, shipping frequent updates and responding to user feedbackBenefitsWork from anywhere!
