At Coke Florida, the Regional Sales Merchandiser is an essential member of the company's sales team. The SM is responsible for a range of duties, including product ordering, merchandising, and replenishment. This ensures that customers have access to the products they need and that Coke Florida maintains its position as a leading provider of quality products.
Responsibilities of Regional Sales Merchandiser:
Ā Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets and point of sale, ensuring account meets company merchandising standards. Properly face and spin product per applicable standards.
Ā Determine stores' product needs, place and transmit appropriate order.
Ā Conduct store surveys.
Ā Communicate account activities, including equipment service needs, to appropriate parties.
Ā Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products each time in designated accounts.
Ā Organize backroom inventory in an ordered manner.
Ā Maintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floor, and shelves. ? Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for account.
Ā Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Ā Work overtime as assigned.
Ā Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Ā Identifying and reporting any unsafe working conditions.
Ā Comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards.
Ā Work shifts and work schedules as assigned.
