About the position Responsibilities • Manage and execute outreach and partnership strategies to receive nominations and applications from diverse teens. • Develop and maintain partnerships within the Jewish and secular communities. • Distribute communication materials for outreach and marketing needs. • Coordinate approval and distribution of outreach materials for effective messaging. • Liaise with external agencies to ensure accurate brand representation. • Update and maintain analytical reports to analyze outreach trends and opportunities. • Support the annual Awards program by assisting with candidate review and event management. • Collaborate on annual marketing strategy for increasing qualified nominees and applicants. • Provide support to teen applicants, nominators, and alumni. Requirements • 5 to 7 years of program management experience within the non-profit sector. • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Working knowledge of the Jewish community and organizations. • Experience or interest in working with teens or youth development. • Proven project management experience with flexibility in working styles. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building. • Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills. • Experience with Salesforce, Airtable, and MS Office Suite. • Knowledge of Adobe, Illustrator, and Canva is helpful. • Self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Empathy and understanding of the Jewish value of tikkun olam. • Supervision experience relating to temporary staff or interns.
