We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to lead the development and implementation of data analytics and business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement. As a remote data engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of data experts, business analysts, and IT professionals to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Direct the delivery of arenaflex's business intelligence and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and analysis to support business decisions.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines. * Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. * Design and implement data visualization and reporting solutions using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. * Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to meet their needs. * Perform data profiling and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.* Develop and maintain documentation of data processes, procedures, and standards. * Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure is secure, scalable, and meets business requirements. EssentialQualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * At least 2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field. * Strong experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality.* Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. * Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes. PreferredQualifications: * Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified AnalyticsProfessional (CAP) certification. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as bolthires Redshift, bolthires BigQuery, or bolthires Azure Synapse. * Knowledge of healthcare and clinical research concepts.* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git. * Strong experience with data governance, data quality, and data security.
