Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Partner with mortgage advisors and operations team to facilitate seamless communication and efficient workflow throughout the mortgage application processCollaborate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to facilitate seamless communication and efficient workflow throughout the mortgage production processEnsure timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet production goals and deadlinesServe as a liaison between clients and the production team, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive client experienceAssist in gathering necessary documentation and information from clients to support loan applicationsConduct regular reviews of loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company standardsCollaborate with the production team to address any identified issues promptlyCollaborate with management to implement strategies to enhance production efficiencyParticipate in co-creation of strategies to enhance production efficiency Non-Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Adopts NEOs values in work behavior, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactionsPromotes interdepartmental communication and cultureLead, develop and motivate the team across all locations and operational functionsContinued focus to ensure all families (Internal and External) are receiving the best possible service Qualifications and Skills Must be fluent in SpanishStrong attention to detail, organizational and communication skillsStrong analytical, judgement and managerial skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationDemonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing federal and state regulatory environmentAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to influence through collaborationSelf-motivated, with a high level of personal energy and commitmentMinimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous On-target earnings of $70,000-90,000 annually composed of a base salary and monthly incentive compensation.
