Production Assembler

Job Summary of Production Assembler: Kelly Services is hiring on behalf of a top snowplow and ice control equipment producer, looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of their workforce as Production Assembler. Responsibilities of Production Assembler: • Put together, package, and wrap pieces, elements, and completed items. • Control equipment like belts, packaging devices, and manual implements. • Conduct inspections to verify that products meet the required standards. Keep the work area tidy and structured in line with 5-S methodologies. • Notify supervisors or team leads of any problems or worries that arise. • On occasion, additional hours may be required to meet production demands. Qualification of Production Assembler: • Reliable and motivated individuals who thrive in a team environment. • Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals. • Prior assembly or packing experience is a plus but not required. • This position offers a great opportunity for long-term employment with potential for hire based on performance.
