This role drives insights into business and market performance.The Business Intel Analyst II produces clear and actionable reports that identify key performance indicators, areas of opportunity and risk, root cause sources, and business impact. SQL, Tableau or Power BI skills requiredExperience PREFERRED: Four (4) years’ experience working in health care or university administration setting providing data analytics. Advanced experience using business intelligence tools, i.e. Cognos, SAS, SPSS, Tableau. Advanced SQL skills.Education/training REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, healthcare management or related degree.Education/training PREFERRED: Master’s degree in business, statistics, health care management or related degree.Independent action(s) required: Ability to lead, facilitate and support cross functional team projects across the entire organization. Ability to plan and organize work in order to achieve and support business goals and strategy. Ability to manage shifting business priorities, demands and timelines.
