Product Manager / Lead Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager / Lead Product Manager to become our first dedicated product hire — a foundational role with scope to shape the future of our product function. You’ll start by managing delivery across 2–3 small, cross-functional squads (3–4 engineers each), while working closely with the Director of Product Engineering, the COO, the CEO and senior leadership to define the way we work, the tools we use, and the roadmap we follow.
