Field Test Engineer
Job Description Key Responsibilities Field testing: Internal and carrier test plans which include sanity test, emergency call test, Wi-Fi calling handover, etc Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelors in Electronics, Communication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Telecommunications. Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in mobile device testing. Has a G driving license and willing to travel to different cities for field testing Required Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of LTE/5G NR NSA/SA, including signaling, IMS, and data call flow concepts. Previous experience with 5G NR technology is preferred. Familiar with Qualcomm tools (QXDM, QPST, QCAT), ShannonDM tool and wireshark Experience in tools such as QCDM, Logact, Android ADB Knowledge about test with Anritsu is a plus Perform wireless device field testing per established test plans: Voice Quality, Call Performance, Data Performance, Battery Performance, E911 Performance and Video Performance. Troubleshoot device-related and tool issues on-site as required. Monitor the real-time performance of the testing, ensuring data collected is accurate and the test runs smoothly. Must be able to travel for testing in and around the assigned area 2G/3G/4G/LTE or telephony testing on mobile devices. Experience working with Live network in Field and NOT in Lab environment
