If you’re ready to do the most ambitious work of your career, join us.This role is based in Singapore, Hong Kong or Shanghai.Responsibilities:Define Airwallex’s products, from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plansDefine and execute the product vision and roadmap for our onboarding domain, encompassing sign-up, onboarding flows, KYB activation, other product activations, RFI, Client API, and in-app support.Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and enhance customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure that our product can handle increased user adoption, usage, and complexity while maintaining its core value proposition.Inform product strategy and approach by deeply understanding our user requirements, target markets, and competitive landscapeIterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedbackManage a high performing team of Product ManagersWho you areWe're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.Minimum QualificationsExperience in Product Management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development2+ years of formal people management experienceExperience with data analysis and user research methodologies.Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growthExperience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scaleAbility to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long term product vision and short term growth requirementsAbility to thrive in data driven, cross functional teams that can move ideas to reality in very short periods of timeFlexibility to work across multiple time zonesExceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technologyEqual opportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
