Part Time Project Coordinator

Part-Time Project Coordinator (Remote) Gravity.Video Gravity.Video is a small but growing video production company working with clients across the U.S. We produce testimonial videos, brand overviews, and marketing content for businesses, agencies, and organizations. With dozens of active projects at any given time, we’re looking for a part-time Project Coordinator to help us stay organized, keep projects moving, and deliver an outstanding client experience. About the Role This is a remote, part-time role (15–20 hours/week to start) with potential for growth. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Managing Partner to coordinate projects from intake through delivery. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with the rhythms of small-scale video/media production. Responsibilities • Coordinate shoot dates between clients and video teams; send confirmations and reminders. • Track project timelines and keep scheduling details up to date. • Collect client feedback on video drafts and translate into clear, actionable notes for editors. • Customize production plan templates for each shoot and distribute them to clients and video teams. • Organize footage, revisions, and deliverables in Dropbox. • Provide first-pass QA on footage and video drafts (training provided). • Over time, grow into handling client-facing communication, overseeing multiple active projects, and supporting setup of new project management systems. What We’re Looking For • Detail-oriented and organized — you keep track of moving parts and catch small errors. • Proactive communicator — you don’t wait for reminders to nudge a project forward. • Background in media production, agency work, or small business video projects (freelance or low-budget experience is a plus; big commercial/entertainment industry experience is not required). • Comfortable using common tools (Dropbox, Adobe Creative Suite, project management software — training provided). • Professional and approachable in emails and calls; eager to grow into more client-facing responsibilities.
