If you’re ready to do the most ambitious work of your career, join us.This role is based in Shanghai or Singapore.This role will be part of the Global Treasury Payment Network (GTPN) product team, building out our proprietary infrastructure that enable SME, Enterprise and Platform customers to move funds globally via Airwallex’s webapp and APIs. You will be responsible for leading high-impact projects from ideation to launch.Responsibilities:Take ownership of Airwallex’s money movement infrastructure roadmap, from strategy, financial partner assessment, solutioning to deliveryCommunicate product strategy and prioritisation with conviction by deeply understanding our user requirements, target markets, and competitive landscapeManage a high performing team of Product ManagersCollaborate closely with financial partnership, engineering, operations and commercial teams to build a scalable and reliable infrastructure that can handle increased usage and complexity while delivering impactful outcomesAct as the subject matter expert to provide insights and guidances to other teams Iterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedbackWho you areWe're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.Minimum Requirements Experience in Product Management, go-to-market propositions, platform product design, planning and development2+ years of formal people management experienceExperience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growthExperience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scaleAbility to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long term product vision and short term growth requirementsAbility to thrive in data driven, cross functional teams that can move ideas to reality in very short periods of timeFlexibility to work across multiple time zonesExceptional English and Chinese communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences with convictionExperience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, financial infrastructure and/or technologyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Equal opportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
