**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Agent – Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Working from home in a remote position, utilizing your own laptop or tablet
* Managing multiple tasks at once, adapting to different personalities, and providing excellent communication skills
**Qualifications**
