Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information
Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Assist with training new team members as needed
