JOB SUMMARY: As part of the Product Center of Excellence, the Product Enablement Coach is responsible for developing and delivering training, coaching, and resources that elevate the capabilities of Product Managers and Product Owners. This role ensures that product teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to succeed as we go through a transformation to become a product-led organization. The role requires a high level of independence and initiative, with authority to design and deliver enablement programs, manage knowledge assets, and support tool adoption. Success depends on strong collaboration with Product Operations and other cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to influence without direct authority through coaching and facilitation. While the role has no direct reports or budget ownership, it has significant impact on product team effectiveness and organizational alignment. Indirect influence is exercised through peer learning forums and enablement initiatives. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on newly established best practices in product management, product ownership and the use of supporting tools Design and deliver onboarding programs for new Product Managers and Product Owners 2. K nowledge Management: Create and maintain product playbooks, checklists, templates, and best practice guides. 3. Community Building: Create and facilitate communities of practice, workshops, training sessions, and peer learning forums. 4. Tooling: administration support and training in the use of new tools that support Product Owners and Product Managers in collaboration with the Product Operations Manager. 5. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from product teams to continuously improve enablement offerings. 6. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 8. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * Minimum of 5 years experience in product management, product ownership, product operations, or related roles. * Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence without direct authority. Prior experience in enablement or learning & development is highly desirable. * Experience with being a Super User or administrator of tools like Jira, Jira Align, Jira Product Discovery, Aha!, and Confluence, or similar. * Strong understanding product lifecycle and agile methodologies. * Passion for developing others and fostering a culture of continuous learning. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. * Minimum Bachelor’s Degree OR 8 years direct experience. The salary range for this position is $120K to $135K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
