This allows for better collaboration and alignment with our core locations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with PM and Engineering to design features that support enterprise usersCreate wireframes, user flows, and polished designs in FigmaSupport research efforts and help translate insights into design decisionsDeliver production-ready specs and assist with QA during developmentIterate based on user feedback and business inputContribute to the evolution of the Enterprise design systemSuccess in 6 Months Looks Like:Contributed to the launch of core Enterprise featuresDelivered designs that are actively used by large organizations to manage safety workflowsHelped improve usability and consistency across internal toolsSupported the refinement of our internal design systemQualifications & SkillsRequired:3+ years of experience designing web-based enterprise products or internal toolsComfortable working closely with engineers and PMs to deliver polished, usable designsFamiliar with using design systems and contributing to component librariesExperience working in cross-functional environments where priorities shift quicklyStrong Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components, Prototypes)Preferred (Nice-to-Have):Bonus: exposure to designing map-based or real-time interfacesCompensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualificationsEEOC & Diversity StatementCitizen is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
