Product Delivery Driver
Company Overview:
As a Product Delivery Driver at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for ensuring vending and fountain equipment accounts are consistently stocked and operating efficiently. This role includes delivering products, servicing machines, performing minor repairs, collecting payments, and keeping accurate records. As a direct representative of PepsiCo to customers, professionalism and strong customer service skills are critical to success.
Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage product delivery, maintain vending and fountain equipment, and support customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver products to assigned vending and fountain accounts
• Safely operate a commercial vehicle in various traffic and weather conditions
• Load, unload, and replenish vending machines or fountain units with products
• Collect and reconcile cash, change, and payments from machines or customers
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on vending and fountain equipment
• Accurately invoice customers and reconcile daily cash and charge records
• Update product tags and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials on machines
• Place future product orders to meet customer needs on scheduled routes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized delivery vehicle and work environment
Required Skills and Experience:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail with reliable record-keeping skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in delivery, vending, or customer service roles
• Basic mechanical aptitude or equipment repair experience
• Knowledge of handheld invoicing or route management systems
