Additional responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Manager include:
Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction
Handle and process all leads (in person, phone, sales, service, etc.) in a timely manner
Deepening relationships with customers by selling additional products
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Providing excellent customer service by processing payments and reporting claims
Creating your own daily schedule
Staying abreast of evolving industry licenses and keeping them current
Assisting with staff hiring decisions
Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed
Cross-selling existing customers with other Farmers products and brokered products where available
Participate in weekly meetings
Prospecting ad generating new business through leads and referrals
Generating accurate quotes at high volumes
Work well in a team environment and cultivate relationships with others
Demonstrate a passion to discuss an insured's need for life insurance
Maintain proper time management and execute follow up
Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
Qualifications
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you must have strong organizational and time-management skills as well as exceptional interpersonal communication abilities. We are seeking individuals from any background who are willing to work hard and commit themselves to the success of this business opportunity; however, experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service is very beneficial.
Additional requirements of the Sales and Marketing Manager include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience or strong desire to work in sales
Demonstrated job stability
Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume call center
