Position: Private Equity Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $130/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Minimum four weeks
Commitment: 10+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate financial models and market sizing to enhance investment strategies.
ā¢ Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos for decision-making.
ā¢ Conduct due diligence and create CIMs to support deal sourcing.
ā¢ Process NDAs and legal documents efficiently to facilitate transactions.
ā¢ Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate financial insights into model training.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
ā¢ Expertise in financial modeling and market sizing/TAM analysis.
ā¢ Proficiency in investment/analysis summaries and memos.
ā¢ Experience with CIM creation and due diligence.
ā¢ Skills in NDA/legal document processing and deal sourcing.
