We're looking for an experienced Principal Professional Service Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Professional Services, you'll be responsible for: Being a customer's 'Go-To' resource for all matters related to their ZS deployment Delivering best practices guidance for managing ZS deployment Helping with customer specific requirements and provide solutions Answering questions about the product capabilities, features and configuration What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 15+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer) Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active Directory Experienced in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field role Exerienced in deploying, maintaining or troubleshooting networking, firewall and security solutions in enterprise environments is important What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with Zscaler solutions – ZIA, ZPA Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, other leading cloud platforms and industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Knowledge of Hypervisors: VMware, Hyper-V and KVM #LI-AM7 #LI-Remote At Zscaler, we believe that diversity drives innovation, productivity, and success.
