What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives
- Assist policyholders with billing inquiries and concerns
- Support policyholders with requested policy changes and recommendations
- Utilize decision-making skills to address consumer concerns effectively
- Maintain adherence to company and departmental guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months of call center experience
- Strong logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Effective organization and work prioritization skills
