Youâll shape fullâfunnel media plans, turn data into performance gains, and partner with industryâleading DSPs, SSPs, and data providers to keep our campaignsâand our clientsâahead of the curve. If you thrive in a highâgrowth, highâautonomy environment and love squeezing every drop of value from data, weâd love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn endâtoâend programmatic strategy and execution across CTV, display, video, mobile, and emerging channels.Activate and optimize campaigns in leading DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, MediaMath, Xandr) to exceed ROAS, CPA, CPM, VCR, and other performance goals.Negotiate premium inventory and private marketplace deals (PMP, PG) with top SSPs (Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange, FreeWheel).Manage multimillionâdollar budgets across regions and verticals, reallocating spend in realâtime based on data signals.Build audience frameworks using firstâ, thirdâ, and contextual data to inform creative, bidding, and frequency tactics.Translate insights into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders in sales, product, data, and creative.Safeguard brand and user privacy by staying current on GDPR, CCPA, adâverification, fraud prevention, and identityâresolution solutions (UID2.0, ID5, etc.).Mentor junior traders and contribute to process automation, tool evaluation, and bestâpractice documentation.Requirements10+ years of experience in programmatic media buying or trading.Demonstrated mastery of programmatic media buying (handsâon keys) with several major DSPs and SSPs.Deep knowledge of OpenRTB, header bidding, SPO, and programmatic deal structures (PMP, PG).Proven success optimizing campaigns for performance metrics at scaleâideally across CTV, OTT, and digital video.Strong analytical toolkit: Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio or similar BI, plus familiarity with pixelâbased and serverâside tracking.Excellent communication skills to translate data into compelling recommendations for both technical and nonâtechnical partners.Comfortableâand energizedâby a fastâmoving, resultsâdriven culture.Nice to HaveCrossâdevice retargeting experience and familiarity with AIâpowered optimization or mediaâautomation platforms.Background in eâcommerce, DTC, or entertainment verticals.Agency, adtech, or consultancy experience.At The Global Talent Co., our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global tech companies and amazing global talent.
