Carrington Wholesale is a part of The Carrington Companies, focusing on providing access to mortgage loan programs for brokers and financial institutions. The Account Executive role involves developing and maintaining relationships with brokers/sellers, facilitating loan processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan productsCalls on potential or existing brokers/sellers as assigned to develop new business or retain existing businessActs as liaison between brokers/sellers and loan operations to facilitate the closing of wholesale loans and the purchase of correspondent loansResponsible for identifying, contacting, and gaining approval for new mortgage brokers and sellersEstablishes and continues the broker/seller relationship and ensure a steady flow of loan applications and purchases for existing and newly approved Carrington customersAdvises brokers/sellers of Company programs, pricing and submission policies and proceduresAdvises brokers/sellers of any changes to Company’s policies or proceduresAssists brokers/sellers in loan submission processTrains brokers/sellers on use of available online systems for loan submissions, automated underwriting, rate sheets and loan lock proceduresActs as liaison with outside broker, and internal broker coordinator, processor, processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure timely loan closingsEnsures compliance deadlines are met with regards to pre-disclosures, approval letters and denial noticesWork, maintain and update contacts in the CRM systemMaintain all customer confidential information in accordance with all company policies and all lawsActs as liaison with Sellers, and internal correspondent coordinator, relationship manager, underwriting, and funding to ensure timely purchase of a loanManages loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectivesProvide a high level of customer service to brokers/sellers during the loan processSkillsDemonstrated sales performance with a concentration developing and maintaining broker/seller relationshipsProven ability to set and reach sales goalsKnowledge of state and federal lending regulationsExperience selling NonQM Mortgage ProductsKnowledge of purchase transactions1 – 5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive with multiple brokers, investors and loan productsBenefitsComprehensive healthcare plans for you and your family.Discretionary 401(k) match of 50% of the first 4% of pay contributed.Access to several fitness, restaurant, retail (and more!) discounts through our employee portal.Customized training programs to help you advance your career.Employee referral bonuses so you’ll get paid to help Carrington and Vylla grow.Educational Reimbursement.Carrington Charitable Foundation contributes to the community through causes that reflect the interests of Carrington Associates.Company OverviewCarrington Wholesale is a mortgage lending solutions provider company.
