We currently operate around the globe selling in the US, Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia on Shopify and through other channels such as Amazon and Wholesalers. We have also expanded and continue to expand our product catalog to include KeyCases, Bolt Action Pens, Knives, Rings, Watches and we have plenty more in the works!

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Manage all current social media platforms (YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and others) by interacting with comments, scheduling clips, and making basic clips if needed (instructions provided).
Execute daily social media tasks as directed.
Slack Management
Manage member requests to the Slack group and handle any inquiries related to the Slack community.
Maintain an organized and responsive Slack community by flagging member needs promptly.
Email Management
Oversee and manage inboxes dedicated to the shows and newsletter to ensure all emails are answered in a timely manner.
Sort, respond to, and forward emails as necessary, ensuring no important communications are missed.
Thumbnails And Clips Coordination
Serve as the point of contact for the two designers who create thumbnails and clips for the network.
Ensure that all necessary assets are sent to the designers each week for timely production.
Conduct quality control checks on thumbnails and clips to ensure they meet the required standards before use.
Quality Control
Proof-check all podcast episodes the day before they are released to ensure they meet quality standards.
Ensure there is a general level of quality upheld in all episodes.
Day-to-Day Business Administration
Oversee the daily operations of the podcast network, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Organize invoices, contracts, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Calendar Management
Maintain and manage calendars for key team members.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and recording sessions.
Ensure all team members are aware of their schedules and any changes.
Basic Research
Conduct research from provided resources on podcast trends, potential guests, and relevant industry news.
Compile insights and recommendations based on research to improve content and network growth.
General Virtual Assistant Tasks
Provide general support to the team by executing various tasks as assigned.
Assist in maintaining digital files and ensuring they are organized.
Perform any other duties as needed to support the network's operations.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content posting.
Basic understanding of administrative tasks and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on assigned tasks.
A passion for podcasts and familiarity with the industry is a plus.
An understanding of how a podcast network operates is a plus.
