PMO Project Management Resource

e&e is seeking a PMO Project Management Resource for a remote contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!

We are seeking a PMO Project Management Resource to support the delivery of multiple IT projects across a dynamic environment. This role is responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with established PMO standards and methodologies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at driving projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects from initiation through closeout
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage project scope and requirements
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Facilitate communication across technical teams, business units, and vendors
• Support PMO governance, standards, and reporting requirements
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

Qualifications
• Strong project management experience across scope, schedule, cost, risk, and vendor management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within a structured PMO framework

Preferred Skills
• Experience with network and telecommunications projects (fiber, wireless, Wi-Fi, unified communications)
• PMP certification
• ServiceNow (Idea, Demand, Project modules) experience
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP
• Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices
