SpecterOps is seeking a Marketing Operations & Automation Manager to unify our marketing automation and data reporting functions. This role blends deep Marketo automation expertise with strong analytics and lead scoring capabilities. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Marketo, building sophisticated lead scoring models, and developing comprehensive reporting and forecasting dashboards. You will ensure that our marketing engine is both automated and data-driven, bridging the gap between RevOps, SalesOps, and Growth Marketing.Salary: base salary annually, commensurate with experience. β€’ $115,000 - $140,000 Location:This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings β€’ Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we currently do not sponsor immigration visas Responsibilities Marketing Automation & Marketo β€’ Own and manage Marketo end-to-end, including program design, lifecycle automation, lead routing, and nurture flows.β€’ Implement and maintain robust lead scoring models that align with product engagement and buyer intent. β€’ Design and execute automated campaigns for top-of-funnel nurture, demo-to-POC acceleration, and ABM programs. Data Reporting & Analytics β€’ Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, providing clear pipeline visibility, funnel conversion metrics, and forecasting insights. β€’ Develop and implement forecasting models and attribution frameworks to measure marketing impact. β€’ Own data quality and integration integrity across Marketo, Salesforce, CDPs, enrichment providers, and website tracking.Cross-Functional Collaboration β€’ Serve as Marketing’s technical stakeholder with RevOps/SalesOps to align on routing, scoring, funnel definitions, and pipeline modeling. β€’ Support field marketing, ABM, and campaign teams with technical execution, lead management, and data reporting. β€’ Act as the technical stakeholder for both automation reliability and analytics accuracy.
