We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food or related hospitality industries.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards
- Utilize POS systems effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Proficiency in staff training and development programs
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel or coffee shop setting

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
