Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Manager, Benefits and Health Management - Strategic Transformation and Process Improvement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in driving organizational transformation across all HR entities. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying, coordinating, integrating, and implementing initiatives that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, Benefits and Health Management - Strategic Transformation and Process Improvement Leader, you'll be responsible for:


40% Identification of Business Needs and Solutions

Ensure that change management vehicles incorporate all stakeholders of process or system changes
Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems
Partner with Sr. Manager or Director to define and prioritize projects; collaborate with multiple business partners


40% Documentation and Project Tracking

Ensure requests and issues are tracked and documented (business case, scope, resource requirements, and impact) and issues are resolved within the SLA
Manage HR prioritization activity/Disaster Recovery plans to include cost benefits analysis, documentation, and annual testing


10% Team Management and Development

Manage the responsibilities of the Process team, including development of the team to perform qualitative and quantitative insight/trend analysis to drive continuous business improvement recommendations
Develop a successful team culture


10% Analysis

Perform insight/trend analysis to drive continuous business improvement by conducting deep-dive analysis, producing actionable information, and presenting recommendations to business partners to improve the associate experience
Provide project status and next steps to all necessary leaders




Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


Minimum Qualifications

Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States


Preferred Qualifications

HR consulting experience preferred
Experience analyzing and interpreting data with the goal of improving the customer experience and problem-solving
Experience building a high-performing team and ability to elicit feedback on recommendations and foster an environment of teamwork, customer satisfaction, communication, approachability, and empowerment
Workday experience


Minimum Education

The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
