Job Title : Picker / Packer Job Summary : As a Picker / Packer at Walmart, you will play a critical role in the fulfillment process by accurately selecting and packing merchandise for shipping to customers or Walmart stores. Verify product details, quantities, and quality before packing to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Product Packaging : Pack merchandise securely and appropriately for shipping, using packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. Label packages with shipping information, barcodes, and tracking numbers. Ensure that packages are sealed properly to prevent damage during transit. 3. Quality Control : Inspect merchandise for any defects, damages, or discrepancies before packing, and report any issues to supervisors. Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or packing is advantageous. Familiarity with handheld devices and warehouse management systems is desirable.
