Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Prior formal serving experience in the food service industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., demonstrating physical stamina and endurance. Excellent customer service skills and a service-oriented disposition, with a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Reliable transportation and punctuality, with a commitment to arriving on time and being ready to work. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 2+ years of experience working at a restaurant or catering company, with a deep understanding of the industry and its demands. A valid Driver's License, enabling you to travel to events and transport equipment as needed. ServSafe Food Handler certification, demonstrating your knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
