Physical Therapist MUST have Mississippi License

```Duties:``` - Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide therapy by telehealth, exercises, and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Educate patients on exercises, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes - Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy techniques and research _ Work with seniors 65 and older with BMI of 30 or greater that are in a weight loss program _ All patients have weight bearing issues, no post op patients ```Qualifications:``` - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Valid Illinois licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist - Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Specialized skills in areas such as geriatrics a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, and healthcare team members - Ability to work independently If you are a dedicated Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives, we encourage you to apply.
