our company, your responsibilities will include: * **Recruiting and Delivering High-Qualified Candidates**: Recruiting and delivering high-qualified candidates using internal CRM, market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling. * **Creating and Using Recruiting and Voicemail Scripts**: Creating and using recruiting and voicemail scripts during calls, to ensure that you are effectively communicating with candidates and clients. * **Cold and Warm Calling**: Cold and warm calling prospective candidates to introduce them to opportunities that are currently available with our clients. * **Qualifying and Aligning Candidates**: Qualifying and aligning candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and a "best fit" for the opening. * **Pre-Closing and Closing Candidates**: Continually pre-closing and closing the candidate on the opportunity for which they are being presented. * **Creating and Managing Weekly Reports**: Creating and managing weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing, to ensure that you are effectively tracking progress and meeting goals. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * **3+ Years of Agency Recruiting Experience**: 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting, with a strong understanding of the industry and the skills and qualifications required to succeed. * **Cold Calling Experience**: Experience with cold calling, with a strong ability to engage with C-suite professionals in the building materials industry. * **Strong Phone Presence**: A strong phone presence, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients. * **Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients. * **Time Management Skills**: Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet
