Pharmacy Technician - Temp-to-Hire with Remote Opportunities

We are excited to offer long-term, temp-to-hire placement opportunities in both closed-door pharmacy and remote settings. This position begins with in-pharmacy training before transitioning into a remote pharmacy technician role. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Once training is complete, remote hours will be Monday through Friday, either 9 AM to 6... PM or 10 AM to 7 PM. Our team values work-life balance, so we are closed on holidays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries and concerns with care and professionalism.
Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage patient orders in the pharmacy management system, ensuring efficiency and precision.
Compliance: Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as our internal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare team members to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Teamwork: Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Additional Duties: Be flexible to perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Location Requirement: Must reside in Arizona due to onsite training requirements.
Certifications: Hold a current CPhT and National Certification.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with pharmacy management systems.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Experience: Qualified candidates will have recent experience as a pharmacy technician. Attendance at onsite training is mandatory, and additional training may be required periodically as new programs are onboarded and systems are updated.
