Conduct necessary research to provide proactive and thorough solutions to customer inquiries.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in an automated customer service environment preferred.

Bilingual (Spanish) or multi-language skills required, with the ability to pass a validated language test.
