We are a global BPO company on the lookout for a Virtual Assistant (Admin Support). As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our teams operations, engaging with leads, and ensuring efficient scheduling and invoicing processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Communication: Initiate contact with leads through calls and emails to provide information, answer queries, and establish connectionsAppointment Setting: Efficiently manage and set appointments, ensuring a smooth scheduling process for both clients and internal stakeholderScheduling: Coordinate and organize daily, weekly and monthly schedules for the team, optimizing time managementInvoicing: Handle invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing proceduresAdministrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, document organization, and general office tasksSpreadsheet Proficiency: Utilize spreadsheet software to track and manage various aspects of the business, demonstrating strong proficiency in spreadsheet applicationsRemote Collaboration: Work effectively in a remote setting, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, particularly those based in the United States.Requirements:
Able to work in the US Central Time ZoneAvailable for a full-time commitment to meet business needsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with the leads and team membersStrong organizational abilitiesProficient in using various tools and software for scheduling, communication, and invoicingPrior experience working with American clients or in an American business environment is highly preferredIndustry
